About Ar.Chintan Naik
I’m Ar.Chintan Naik, I have done bachelors in architecture from S.V.I.T. Vasad. I’m an architect and interior designer based in Navsari/Surat, with experience of over 10+ years in designing residential and commercial spaces. I believe good design is not just about how a space looks, but how it feels, functions and lives with the people who use it every day.
My design approach is rooted in simplicity, clarity, and context. Every project begins with understanding the client’s lifestyle, aspirations and the character of the site. From concept to execution, I focus on creating spaces that are practical, timeless and thoughtfully detailed.
Through CS Design Lab, I collaborate closely with clients to turn ideas into meaningful spaces—whether it’s a home, a workspace, or a commercial environment. I value honest design, clear communication, and solutions that stand the test of time.
About Swetang Naik
I’m Swetang Naik, A Civil Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. I have been deeply involved in planning, execution, and supervision of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery at every stage.
With a strong technical foundation and practical site knowledge, I excel in coordinating with agencies, consultants, contractors, and clients to translate designs into well-executed structures. My main role is to commit to precision, durability, and cost-effective construction to achieve the best outcome at site.
As a real estate developer We develop spaces that go beyond construction—creating environments that inspire living, working, and growth with lasting value.
